For his outstanding personal contribution to preserving and paying tribute to the memory of the Holocaust victims and for strengthening international accord, I hereby resolve to:

Award the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise to Viatcheslav KANTOR, President of the Russian Jewish Congress and President of the World Holocaust Forum Foundation, Moscow.
