KYIV. Sept 27 (Interfax) – Russian Jewish Congress President and World Holocaust Foundation President Vyacheslav Kantor has called for the third World Holocaust Forum to be held in Berlin in November 2008.

Such forums are “universal antibiotics against hatred,” Kantor said at the “Let My People Live!” World Forum commemorating the 65th anniversary of the Babi Yar tragedy in Kyiv on Wednesday.

“It is impossible to forgive all those who contemplated, developed and committed this tragedy, and there is no forgiveness for those citizens of Ukraine who helped to kill and who killed,” Israeli president Moshe Katzav said.

It is a worry that 65 years after the catastrophe “anti-Semitism in Europe is rising again,” he said.
