Last week, the European Jewish Congress (EJC) summoned to life the Council of Europe’s Civil Society Representatives (CECSR), whose main task will be to fight against anti-Semitism, xenophobia and racism. The institution will be headed by former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski. In the near future, it may be joined by former Czech and Spanish Presidents Vaclav Havel and Jose Maria Aznar.
