The Iranian crisis may now be irresolvable, according to a panel of experts on nuclear proliferation who on Monday concluded a round-table seminar in Brussels concerning Tehran’s nuclear program. The panel, hosted by the European Jewish Congress (EJC) and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, also warned that the danger of nuclear weapons falling into the hands of terrorists has increased. Speaking in his private capacity, EJC President Dr. Moshe Kantor told Haaretz that part of the problem was the European Union’s failure to stop private investments in Iran. “Around 10,000 companies in Europe are still collaborating with Iran on the development of its gas and oil industry,” he said.
